Plugin Localization

Switching the plugin's message language via config.yml.

config.yml has one meaningful key:

language: en   # or: ru

It controls:

/jvdebug’s messages;
plugin lifecycle log lines (enable/disable, syntax registration);
script parse errors (Skript.error / Skript.warning), including Java block compile errors.

All of it goes through an internal Lang class, which loads lang/<code>.yml from the jar and falls back to English by default for a missing key or an unknown language code.
