Includes & Nesting
The include directive inside .jv modules and execute java blocks.
include "file.jv" — recursively includes a file. Works both inside execute java sections and
inside .jv files themselves, and can be nested arbitrarily deep.

A circular include (a.jv includes b.jv, which includes a.jv) is correctly detected at
preload time. Both files log Circular #include detected and simply don’t get included — the
server doesn’t crash, and every other module keeps loading normally.
This was directly confirmed during the 1.1 stress test: when a cycle is detected, the affected
modules are marked as not loaded while the rest of the .jv file set still compiles cleanly.
